Sungard: 'Resilience, Strength, Training'

The Challenge.

Mitigating for and reducing risk in business operations is a constantly moving, ever evolving threat no matter how large or small your business. In 2019 we helped Sungard Availability Services empower the business world to better protect themselves from risks to their technology, operations and the wider organisation. Designing and executing a free to use educational program based around Sungard’s ‘Model for Resilience’ our eLMS was the perfect solution to compliment and deliver the complex course modules.

h2o’s powerful e-learning platform and its built in capabilities, flexible modules and integrated reporting dashboard powered the campaign that saw over 1 million impressions in its first month alone.

Built by our skilled in-house team of developers, using dotnet core and React it offers flexibility, scalability and security in one easy to deploy package.

Available as either a ready to roll e-learning platform for you to create your own courses through its built in content management system, or as a complete solution curated by our team of content marketers as part of a wider campaign activity, the system offers speed of deployment, a packed feature set and reliable data reporting.

Sungard needed a complex multi-component solution with 3 principle courses, multiple modules within each course, built in tests with intelligent feedback loops for incorrect answers and certification for those that completed the courses.

Featuring video streaming, multiple quiz question types and formats, downloadable assets and built in email communications including course updates, reminders and live chat - the campaign embraced almost all of the platforms capabilities.

The project was also complimented by an Alexa skill which was designed and built to seamlessly integrate with the course module. Delivering easily accessible on-the-go content and allowing course participants to listen, then pick the course back up where they left off on another device.

Whilst not overtly a lead generation campaign, integration into Sungards CRM was essential and easily handled by the system too. Whilst the course was free to all, the sign up mechanisms captured registration details and passed them through Pardot and seamlessly into Sungards CRM so the business development and sales teams at Sungard could follow up with participants and resilience training graduates knowing exactly how far through the training each person was at any given time thanks to the integrated course dashboards and reporting tools.
