Challenging environments, standout results

The Challenge.

Polygard were invited at short notice to take part in the Tech Fest Exhibition at Wembley, London - a leading industry event set in an unconventional venue: an underground car park.

h2o was tasked to create an engaging, stable and visually striking display that could still captivate attendees in what was a low-light, uneven space. In just four weeks, the goal was to deliver a stand that embodied the Polygard brand while drawing in visitors despite the challenging environment.

Our Approach.

Designing a brand experience within such restrictive conditions required inventive thinking. Through our experience and understanding of the automotive sector, we transformed the 18m x 6m floor space into a dynamic, multi-zone experience.

The stand was divided into four clearly defined areas - Meeting, Heritage, Performance, and Product - each with a distinct purpose and atmosphere.

  • Transformed 18m x 6m space into a structured four-zone layout.
  • Designed, laid out and installed modular displays for impact and flow.
  • Integrated use of vehicles and lighting as visual anchors to enhance engagement.

Thank you again so much for all of your efforts in getting the show pulled together. We never would have managed it, especially to the level we did, without your driving and persistence. Please extend our thanks to everyone supporting behind the scenes. We achieved some great goals, especially around relationship building - something that wouldn’t have been possible without the presence we had.
