The Challenge.

Harley-Davidson® approached us for help to orchestrate their annual European buying show, bringing together over 700 attendees including EMEA dealers, licensees, and staff. The event needed to showcase the full Harley-Davidson merchandise and accessories range while providing a seamless experience for all participants at the prestigious Fira de Barcelona - Montjuïc venue.

Our Approach.

We developed a comprehensive event management strategy that covered every aspect of this large-scale merchandise rally:

Venue & exhibition management

Our team secured and expertly managed the prestigious Fira de Barcelona – Montjuïc venue, creating detailed floor plans and merchandise display layouts with spatial design to maximise the space. Working closely with Poland-based stand builders, we coordinated custom installations throughout the venue and designed specialised areas, including an impressive Moto stand that showcased the brand's heritage.

Logistics & operations

The complex logistics operation involved managing international merchandise transport for licensees, coordinating shipments from the UK to Barcelona, and providing shell schemes for 28 licensees. We handled all on-site catering arrangements, ensuring seamless service throughout the event that met the high standards expected of the brand.

Attendee experience

To ensure a premium experience for all participants, we developed and maintained a dedicated registration website while managing hotel bookings for Harley-Davidson staff. Our comprehensive service included arranging VIP airport transfers and organising memorable market and team dinners that fostered networking and collaboration.

Brand presentation

Brand consistency was paramount throughout the venue. We designed and produced all point-of-sale materials, created comprehensive event signage and catalogues, and developed branded stand signage. Every visual element was carefully crafted to ensure consistent brand representation that reflected the Harley-Davidson aesthetic and values.
