The Challenge.

Caresoft, a fast-growing B2B automotive company, had been using Nutshell CRM to manage customer relationships and marketing activity. While it served as a functional tool, they began facing limitations as their business scaled, they needed better automation, clearer visibility across teams, and a CRM that could grow with their business. 

That’s where we came in - working alongside them to review their current setup, optimise short-term processes, and ultimately support their migration to a new CRM (HubSpot).

Our Approach.

Before making any major platform changes, we conducted an in-depth audit of the client’s use of Nutshell. From this, we gained a clear understanding of how the platform was being used, how well it aligned with their objectives, and where the key pain points were. 

While the long-term platform decision was being made, we also provided interim marketing support, improving lead capture forms, optimising workflows, and streamlining reporting to get the most out of the existing system.

After several months of running Nutshell, the client made the internal decision to move to HubSpot - a platform better suited to their long-term goals. Working closely with their US-based HubSpot migration partner, we mapped out a step by step plan to manage the marketing migration, ensuring that campaigns, audiences, and workflows were smoothly transferred with minimal disruption to ongoing activity.

We managed marketing activities across both platforms during the transition, ensuring nothing was lost. This included:

  • Rebuilding lead capture forms and workflows within HubSpot
  • Setting up new segmented newsletter audiences and designing branded templates
  • Connecting HubSpot with existing marketing tools and the website
  • Building automated, multilingual email sequences to support lead nurture campaigns
  • Managing translations and localisation across key content

Since the migration, we continue to work closely with Caresoft as their digital marketing partner, managing all marketing communications and activities within HubSpot. This includes designing and maintaining marketing automation, handling monthly newsletters, and supporting key campaigns. 

We also manage ongoing website updates and content, coordinate event promotions, and oversee social media channels to ensure consistent engagement and alignment with their broader business goals.
